Attention! Please read this user agreement before using the SkinRave.gg website and its software. Registration (authorization) on the site will mean your acceptance of the terms of this user agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this user agreement, do not register (log in) on the site and do not use its software.
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions and the documents referred to below (the “Terms,” or “Agreement”) apply to the use of the SkinRave website (https://SkinRave.gg/) and its related or connected services (collectively, the "Service").
You should carefully review these Terms as they contain important information concerning your rights and obligations concerning the use of the Website and form a binding legal agreement between you - our customer (the “customer”, “you”, “your”, “user” or “player”), and us. By using this Website and/or accessing the Service, you, whether you are a guest or a registered user with an account (“Account”), agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any amendments, which may be published from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms, you should refrain from accessing the Service and using the SkinRave website.
2. General Terms
2.1 SkinRave.gg is owned and operated by RUNITUP LTD, with its registered address at Avlonos, 1 Maria House 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus (“SkinRave,” ”we,” ”us”), registered under company number HE455312. Your access, visitation, and/or use of any part of the SkinRave website or its sub-domains (https://SkinRave.gg/) (“Website”), including the registration or login to Your Account, signifies your full acceptance of these Terms of Service, our Privacy and Cookie Policy, and any other applicable rules, terms, or regulations governing our Website and the game products available on it (collectively referred to as “Terms”). By engaging with our Website, you acknowledge that these Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between You and SkinRave concerning the Website, its content, and the Services offered by SkinRave.
2.2 In these Terms of Service, any reference to “You,” “Your,” “Customer,” “player,” “user,” or any abbreviation thereof, shall mean any individual, whether a visitor or a logged-in user, who using the Website and/or the Services available on the Website.
2.3 In these Terms of Service, whenever the term "game" or "games" is mentioned, it refers to all Games accessible to You upon logging into Your Account, both existing and potential future ones. SkinRave holds the right to, without prior notice, add, remove, suspend, make (un)available, change, and/or modify the Games on the website at its discretion. The outcomes of the Games on the Website are generated by our provably fair system and are awarded accordingly. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that the outcome will be determined by the provably fair system, and any user interface errors do not entitle you to an item offered on the Website.
2.4 In these Terms of Service, when reference is made to the "Service" or "Services," it means that SkinRave's Service allows users to deposit funds through the provided Deposit methods into Your Account Wallet (“Wallet”). The sole purpose of these funds is to buy virtual items on the Gamified marketplace. You accept these funds are non-transferrable and hold no monetary value. Through gameplay, Rain, Promo Codes, Daily Rewards, Weekly Rewards, Monthly Rewards, and Giveaways you can earn free Tokens, which can be used to continue playing Games or exchanged for virtual items within the Gamified marketplace, strictly for personal use in accordance with the outlined requirements in these Terms. Additionally, Tokens may be withdrawn using the available Withdrawal methods as specified on the Website and in compliance with the stated Terms.
Even though Tokens on the Website lack monetary value, the Credit system is organized in a denomination similar to the USD value to prevent any potential confusion.
2.5 The accessibility of the Website and Services is subject to Your location and the applicable laws governing You. If the Website and/or Services are restricted by applicable law in any jurisdiction, SkinRave reserves the right, at all times, to restrict or block access to Your Account, Website, and/or Services in such prohibited jurisdiction(s).
It is explicitly understood that the Website and Services are off-limits to You, and You are prohibited from accessing or logging into Your Account, even if the geo-blocks implemented by SkinRave has in place fail, when accessing from or residing in the following territories: Afghanistan; Algeria; Angola; Bangladesh; Bolivia; Burkina Faso; Burundi; Cambodia; Cameroon; Central African Republic; Chad; Colombia; Congo Democratic; Cote d’Ivoire; Cyprus; Egypt; Eritrea; Ethiopia; Gambia; Guinea; Guinea Bissau; Haiti; India; Indonesia; Iran; Iraq; Russia
2.6 You must not use a Virtual Private Networks (VPN) or other technologies/methods to circumvent (geo)blocks or to circumvent other restrictions set by SkinRave. If Your Account is found to be in breach by the use of the aforementioned techniques with the aim of circumventing (geo)blocks or other restrictions, Your Account may be suspended or closed in accordance with Article 10.
2.7 SkinRave complies with the applicable data protection laws in respect of the personal information You provide to us. Any personal information processed by us in processed in accordance with our privacy Policy.
2.8 SkinRave is not affiliated with or endorsed by Steam or any other trademarks of the Valve corporation. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Your Account
You acknowledge that at all times when accessing the Website and using the Service:
3.1 The term "Account" refers to your registration on the Website, indicating your agreement with these Terms. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. It's your responsibility to ensure the services on the Website are legal in your country. Users under 18 years old are not permitted.
3.2 Use only one Account per household, IP address, and/or device (whichever is more restrictive) on the Website. If two individuals within the same household wish to register an Account, please notify customer support. Note that if SkinRave becomes aware of multiple Accounts registered in violation of this policy, SkinRave reserves the right, at its discretion, to block the Account and/or bonuses and gifts, close and void all outcomes of the games, and/or forfeit any returns, wins, or bonuses gained during the (duplicate) Account lifecycle.
3.3 Your access to the Website and your right to use the Services is only for personal use and for entertainment purposes only. The sole purpose of the Website and Services is to buy virtual items on the Gamified marketplace.
4. Restricted use
4.1 You must not use the Service:
4.1.1 If you are under the age of 18 years (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or if you are not legally able to enter into a binding legal agreement with us or you acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf, of a person under 18 years (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you).
4.1.2 To engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activities during Your participation in any Games. The use of software-assisted methods or devices is also forbidden. SkinRave reserves the right to investigate and take action, including closing Your Account or freezing Your balance, in the event of suspicion or proof of such behavior. If You suspect another Account of cheating, it is mandatory to report the case to SkinRave customer support.
4.1.3 To collect nicknames, e-mail addresses and/or other information of other Customers by any means (for example, by sending spam, other types of unsolicited emails or the unauthorized framing of, or linking to, the Service).
4.1.4 To disrupt or unduly affect or influence the activities of other Customers or the operation of the Service generally.
4.1.5 To promote unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation which may be removed from the Service without notice.
4.1.6 In any way which, in our reasonable opinion, could be considered as an attempt to: (i) cheat the Service or another Customer using the Service; or (ii) collude with any other Customer using the Service in order to obtain a dishonest advantage.
4.1.7 To scrape our odds or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights or for any unlawful activity whatsoever.
4.2 You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor can you acquire a player account from a third party.
4.3 Employees of Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional or other agencies, media partners, contractors, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are NOT allowed to use the Service for real money without prior consent from the Company Director or CEO. Should such activity be discovered, the account(s) will be immediately terminated and all bonuses/winnings will be forfeited.
5. Registration
You agree that at all times when using the Service:
5.1 We retain the right to reject a registration application from any applicant at our sole discretion and without any obligation to provide a specific reason.
5.2 Before using the Service, you must personally complete the registration form and read and accept these Terms. In order to start using the Service or withdraw your winnings, we may require you to become a verified Customer which includes passing certain checks. You may be required to provide a valid proof of identification and any other document as it may be deemed necessary. This includes but is not limited to, a picture ID (copy of passport, driver's license or national ID card). This procedure is done in accordance with the applicable gaming regulation and the anti-money laundering legal requirements.
5.3 In order to use our services, you must first register an Account, you must provide complete and up-to-date information including an email address, username, password and other mandatory information requested on the registration form.
5.4 Each user is permitted to register only one Account with the Service. Immediate closure of Accounts will be enforced if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us, including those managed by representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/or third parties operating on your behalf.
5.5 You must keep your password for the Service confidential. Provided that the Account information requested has been correctly supplied, we are entitled to assume that your Account activity, including using our Services and not limited to have been made by you. It is your responsibility to protect your password and any failure to do so shall be at your sole risk and expense. If you believe any of your Account information is being misused by a third party, or your Account has been hacked into, or your password has been discovered by a third party, you must notify us immediately.
5.6 You are prohibited from transferring, selling, or pledging Your Account to another person. This restriction also extends to the transfer of any SkinRave Tokens.
6. Participating in Games
6.1 SkinRave is a free-to-play website. You can obtain free SkinRave tokens from rain, promo codes, daily rewards, weekly rewards, monthly rewards, and giveaways. SkinRave tokens do not have any monetary value and are not your private property. Their sole purpose is for entertainment.
6.2 You have the option to exchange your CS2 Skins for SkinRave tokens or purchase SkinRave tokens directly through our website using various methods.
6.3 We do not make any warranties regarding the real or perceived value of virtual products used for obtaining SkinRave tokens. While historical and/or real-time data may be provided, we make no representations about the quality, suitability, truth, usefulness, completeness, or accuracy of such information.
6.4 No purchase is necessary, SkinRave tokens are given for free. Tokens can be obtained from rain, promo codes, daily rewards, weekly rewards, monthly rewards, and giveaways.
6.5 Players who obtain tokens for free have the same chances of winning prizes as players who buy SkinRave tokens.
7. Wallet
7.1 We do not provide refunds for virtual products, which include items like CS2 Skins, Rust Skins, Dota Skins, Team Fortress 2 Skins, or RuneScape Gold, once the order is confirmed. It's important to note that these virtual products have no real- money value.
7.2 Refunds for deposits made with CS2 skins are not possible. This system operates on irreversible trades, making it impossible for us to revert any transactions.
7.3 Steam instability or software bugs within the peer-to-peer system may lead to fund loss. These risks are solely the responsibility of the user. Refunds may be considered at our discretion, but we reserve the right to take no action.
7.4 Users are responsible for ensuring the correctness of transactions and addresses when depositing or withdrawing with cryptocurrencies. Any mistakes made in this process are not our liability.
7.5 When depositing CS2 skins, users must ensure items are sent to the correct account within the specified timeframe. Any mistakes in this process are the responsibility of the user and penalties may apply.
7.6 Users are responsible for verifying correct prices when depositing or withdrawing CS2 skins. Mistakes in overpriced withdrawals or underpriced deposits are not the responsibility of SkinRave.
7.7 SkinRave does not generate profit from fees in the cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal process. However, third-party payment processors may impose fees, and users are required to cover these fees.
7.8 Before any withdrawals can be made, all Tokens requires to earn XP equivalent to 1x wager(1 Token = 400XP). Tokens obtained from rewards required to earn XP equivalent to 1x wager before withdrawal. All withdrawals can only be processed for the registered account holder, and transfers or withdrawals to third parties are strictly prohibited. Additionally, for cryptocurrency withdrawals originating from fiat deposits, users must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before the withdrawal can be processed.
7.9 If a skin withdrawal trade is reverted due to the user’s own actions - including actions such as canceling the trade, declining the trade, or allowing the trade to expire - the Tokens used for that withdrawal will not be refunded. When the user initiates a withdrawal, the Tokens are considered permanently spent if the trade fails as a result of the user’s behavior.
7.10 Certain payments may be processed by Blacktide LTD.
8. Promotional Restrictions
8.1 Misuse of rain, promo codes, daily rewards, weekly rewards, monthly rewards, and giveaways such as applying the same code on multiple accounts for system manipulation or bad faith actions is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the forfeiture of all funds received from the promotions.
8.2 Users are required to adhere to these terms to ensure fair and responsible use of promotions. Violations may lead to enforcement actions, including fund forfeiture and additional account restrictions, as outlined above or potential account closure.
9. Game Results and Wins
9.1 The results and winners of each Game will be determined through provably fair mechanisms at SkinRave sole discretion. Decisions are final, but adjustments may be made for errors, irregularities, or omissions in result calculations. SkinRave holds the right to adjust prizes due to non-compliance with the Terms. By participating, you agree that SkinRave is the sole judge in disputes and agree to cooperate with any necessary prize reversals.
9.2 SkinRave reserves the right to deny Account participation or invalidate Game results to prevent abusive, unfair, or potentially unlawful activities. SkinRave may also disqualify users, cancel Games, or suspend accounts if conduct is deemed improper, unfair, fraudulent, or detrimental to the operation of the Service.
Improper Conduct Includes, but is not limited to:
Falsifying personal information, including payment details; violating eligible payment method terms; violating rules; accumulating points or prizes through unauthorized methods; tampering with the Service administration; obtaining other entrants' information and spamming or being abusive; and violating these Terms of Use.
9.3 If the Service faces disruptions affecting fairness or integrity, SkinRave reserves the right to disqualify implicated individuals, cancel, terminate, extend, modify, or suspend the Service. In such cases, notifications may be posted on the SkinRave Website.
9.4 The failure of SkinRave to comply with any provision of these Terms due to an act of God, for example hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake
9.5 In Case Battles played under Wildcard mode, the maximum total win per user is capped at 
3,000,000.00. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be reduced to the stated maximum ( 3M). By participating in Wildcard mode, you acknowledge and accept this cap as final and binding.
10. Account Closure
10.1 You can self-exclude from the site at any time by visiting our Self Ban Policy page.
10.2 SkinRave reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (KYC) when using SkinRave tokens for available deposit or withdrawal methods, and we reserve the right to close an Account if you fail to send these documents to SkinRave.
10.3 SkinRave reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account at any time and without providing prior notice at SkinRave sole discretion in the following cases, but not limited thereto:
- Violating these or other applicable Terms.
- Not Submitting and/or providing incorrect KYC information.
- Use of the Website or the conduct of an Account possess the risks or violates laws or regulations.
11. Crashed or aborted Games during gameplay on the Website
11.1 Please be advised that SkinRave is not liable for any downtime, server disruption, lagging or any other (technical) disturbance. Refunds of any involved Balance that has been lost in such disturbance may be credited to the involved Accounts at the sole discretion of SkinRave. SkinRave furthermore does not accept liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or in connection with disturbances on the Website or its content, including, without limitation, interruptions or delays in (the operation of) the Services, loss or corruption of data, misuse of the Website or its content and/or any other errors or omissions on the website or its content.
11.2 In the event of a system malfunction, loopholes in the software, breach of- or attack on the Website or the software integrated thereon, use or presence of scripts to alter the Website, Software and/or Services, abuse or exploiting bugs or glitches, bonus abuse, operation of multiple Accounts, using bots to play automatically and/or other reasons of the same nature, all wagers made are void.
12. Matters Beyond Our Control
12.1 We cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to an event of Force Majeure which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control despite our execution of reasonable preventative measures such as: an act of God; trade or labor dispute; power cut; act, failure or omission of any government or authority; obstruction or failure of telecommunication services; or any other delay or failure caused by a third party, and we will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage that you may suffer. In such an event, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring any liability.
13. Limitations on Liability and Warranties
13.1 You expressly understand and agree that SkinRave and/or any involved (third- party) providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits including, but not limited to, damages for loss of goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if SkinRave has been advised of the possibility of such damages, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, resulting from: (a) the use of inability to use the Website and/or the Services; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from the Website, purchased or obtained Products and/or Services, data, information or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Website and/or Services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of Your transmissions or data; (d) statements or conduct of any third party on the Website and/or Services; or (e) any other matter relating to the Website or Services.
13.2 You expressly understand and agree to release, indemnify and hold SkinRave and its affiliates and their officers, employees, directors and agents (collectively, “Indemnitee”) harmless from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to Your use of the Website and/or the Services, any User Content, Your connection to the Service, Your violation of these Terms or Your violation of any rights of another. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You will have no obligation to indemnify or hold harmless any Indemnitee from or against any liability, losses, damages or expenses incurred as a result of any action or inaction of such Indemnitee.
13.3 Our Website, Services and/or Content may provide, or third parties may provide, links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. SkinRave has no control over such sites and resources and Company is not responsible for and does not endorse such sites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Company will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any dealings You have with third parties found while using the Service are between You and the third party, and You agree that Company is not liable for any loss or claim that You may have against any such third party. Under no circumstances will SkinRave be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including users), including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content. You acknowledge that SkinRave does not pre-screen content, but that we in our sole discretion can refuse or remove any content that is available on the Website or the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SkinRave will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed, in our sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. You agree that You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.
13.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain forms of liability. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to You or be enforceable with respect to You. In any case the terms under article 13 are intended to be only as broad as is permitted under the laws of Your jurisdiction. If any portion of the terms hereunder are held to be invalid or inadmissible under the laws of Your jurisdiction, the invalidity or inadmissibility of such portion shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms hereunder.
13.5 When using the Website and/or the Services, You expressly acknowledge and agree that that use of SkinRave is at their sole risk. You further acknowledge and agree that SkinRave is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Neither SkinRave nor any of the affiliates, licensees, licensors, contractors, agents, content providers, vendors, component suppliers (both hardware and software), and/or any third-party who provides products or Services purchased from or distributed by SkinRave as well their respective officers, directors, members, managers, representatives, employees, investors or the like (collectively “providers”), warrant that Services affiliated with SkinRave, including, but not limited to, the website, and the contests and Services offered thereon, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses (including: worms, trojan horses, keyboard loggers, spyware, adware, malware, harmful or malicious code, or other defects).
13.6 SkinRave and its providers do not warrant that the functions contained in the Services will meet Your requirements, that the operation of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in the Services will be corrected. SkinRave and its providers do not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the Services or related content in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not SkinRave or its providers) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
13.7 SkinRave and its providers do not warrant that the Services are free from bugs, viruses, errors, or other program limitations, nor do they warrant access to the Internet or any other service or content through the Service. SkinRave and its providers do not warrant that the Services will be compatible with all hardware and software configurations.
14. SWEEPS RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The sole sponsor/promoter of the RUNITUP LTD (collectively, “RUNITUP,” or “Sponsor”). PARTICIPANTS IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (DEFINED BELOW) MUST REGISTER AND MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT WITH SPONSOR AND ACCEPT THE Terms and Conditions (“TERMS”), WHICH IN TURN INCORPORATE AND APPLY TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN AND CONTROL THE SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY SPONSOR AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE TERMS.
14.1 Sponsor/Promoter RUNITUP, located at Avlonos, 1 Maria house 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus, is the Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or of any other parties involved in the operation of the Sweepstakes (Sponsor, collectively with the foregoing, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants (“Entrants” or “Participants”) agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Rules. If a Participant is, in the Sponsor/Promoter's best judgment, determined to have participated in unethical behavior, the Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to limit or exclude the Participant from the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.
14.3 Overview Sponsor gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as “Tokens” as set out in these Official Rules. Tokens can only be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to accumulate eligible Tokens that can be redeemed for cash and prizes (“Prize”) subject to the terms of these Official Rules. Tokens cannot be purchased under any circumstances.
14.4 Sweepstakes Entry Period The Sweepstakes as set forth in these Rules begins on the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. EST and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
14.5 Odds of Winning Odds of winning virtual Fun Coins will vary for each Game and will be published by the Sponsor and visible to all Participants on the Platform. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Prize win rates and payout odds of any of the games at any time. A participant can obtain the actual and any amended details of any game at the point of entering an amount to play in the game. It is a participant’s responsibility to check the Prize available on each occasion before they participate.
Once a Participant has accessed the Site, there are several potential ways for an eligible Participant to collect Tokens:
A. Receive Tokens as a Free Bonus When Purchasing Fun Coins. You may receive Tokens as a bonus upon the purchase of Fun Coins. The number of Tokens a Participant will receive as a bonus for each relevant Fun Coin purchase will be identified on the Platform. All purchases of Fun Coins are final and no refunds will be given.
B. Receive Tokens For Free When Entering Tokens No-Cost Giveaway Contests on the RUNITUP Social Media and Marketing Pages. The Sponsor reserves the right to hold Tokens no-cost giveaway contests which users can enter by following instructions that will be provided on the RUNITUP social media pages. These giveaways may require sharing posts or answering various game related questions to be eligible for entry. The amount of Tokens given away will be stated on the applicable Tokens no-cost contest post, and will be credited to each contest winner’s account at the conclusion of the giveaway. These giveaways may be subject to additional restrictions and rules as referenced in the giveaway materials at the time of the contest, as well as in the Official Rules in effect at the time.
C. Receive Tokens through the Refer-a-Friend Program. A Payment Agent will have the same rights, powers and privileges that we have under these Terms and will be entitled to exercise or enforce their rights, powers and privileges as our agent or in their own name. In no event will we be liable to You for any loss, damage or liability resulting from the Payment Agent’s negligence and/or acts beyond the authority given by us.

a. Deliver a standard, white, one-sided, unfolded, unlined #10 envelope, from the same state as the participant’s verified residential address to Sponsor at the following address: RUNITUP LTD 777 Brickell Ave, Suite 500, Miami, FL 33131.
b. Include the following information on a standard, white, one-sided, unfolded, unlined 4x6 index card in the same order as follows:
i. the Authorized Account Holder’s full name as shown on the Authorized Account Holder’s government issued identification;
ii. the e-mail address registered to the Authorized Account Holder’s RUNITUP account;
iii. the username registered to the Authorized Account Holder’s RUNITUP account; iv. the residential address registered to the Authorized Account Holder’s RUNITUP account;
v. Include the following handwritten statement on the 4x6 index card: “Sweepstakes Entry! I wish to receive Tokens to participate in the Sweepstakes Contest offered by RUNITUP. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by RUNITUP Terms and Conditions and these Official Rules.”
vi. IMMEDIATELY BENEATH THE HANDWRITTEN STATEMENT, THE AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER MUST (I) SIGN THE INDEX CARD AND (II) WRITE THE DATE OF SIGNATURE IN MM/DD/YYYY FORMAT.
c. LIMIT ONE (1) MAIL-IN ENTRY PER OUTER ENVELOPE PER MAIL-IN ENTRY.
d. THE COMPANY ADDRESS AND ALL SUCH INFORMATION LISTED ON THE 4X6 INDEX CARD MUST BE HANDWRITTEN. A Participant must ensure that their handwriting is legible. If the Participant’s handwriting is not legible, the entry will be void and the Tokens will not be credited to the participant’s User Account. The legibility of a Participant’s handwriting will be determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion. e. A Participant will receive 10 Tokens per mail-in request. Subject to verification and compliance as set forth in these Official Rules, the Tokens will be added to the Participant’s User Account.
E. Receive Tokens For Free When Entering the Rain Pool. The Rain Pool rewards users every twenty (20) minutes to sixty (60) minutes. Each Rain Pool begins with a default amount of Fun Coins and Tokens provided by the Platform, and a percentage of eligible gameplay activity involving Fun Coins and Tokens is added throughout the period. To participate in a given Rain Pool, users may enter during the final two (2) minutes of that pool. At the conclusion of each pool, the prize pool is distributed among participants based on a variety of factors determined by Skinrave.gg in its sole discretion. a. Any misuse of the Rain Pool, contrary to its intended purpose of supporting normal, genuine gameplay on the Platform, is strictly prohibited. For purposes of these Rules, “Rain Pool abuse” includes any patterns of conduct that, in the sole judgment of Skinrave.gg, are primarily designed to obtain Rain Pool rewards in a way that is inconsistent with normal, genuine gameplay. This includes, but is not limited to, farming, botting, auto-joining, use of scripts or automated tools, multi-account or coordinated participation, or any other manipulative practices undertaken for purposes other than genuine gameplay. b. For any User or account that Skinrave.gg, in its sole discretion, identifies as engaging in Rain Pool abuse, Skinrave.gg may take any remedial action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to exclusion from current or future Rain Pools, adjustment, withholding, or forfeiture of Rain Pool rewards, revocation of Rain Pool access, or suspension or termination of the User Account, all without prior notice.
F. Receive Tokens For Free When Claiming Daily Bonus. Users may receive Tokens on a daily basis by claiming the free Daily Case. This Case can be unlocked immediately at no cost.
G. Receive Tokens For Free When Opening Free Cases. Users may unlock and open Daily Cases and Level Cases as they progress through the Platform's ranking system. These Cases can be opened for free and provide Tokens as rewards.
H. Receive Tokens For Free When Claiming Rakeback. Users may claim a daily, weekly and monthly rakeback, which instantly provides a percentage of their recent overall play in Tokens.
I. Receive Tokens For Free When Winning Races. Users may win Tokens by participating in the Platform’s Race feature. Prizes may be awarded based on performance or at random.
a. Any misuse of the Race feature - including but not limited to cheating, exploiting system vulnerabilities, engaging in gameplay amount abuse, play-through requirement abuse, non-genuine advantage play, or otherwise manipulating outcomes - is strictly prohibited. For purposes of these Rules, “non-genuine advantage play” includes any patterns of play that, in the sole judgment of Skinrave.gg, are primarily designed to farm Race points or obtain an unfair advantage through low-impact, low-variance, or otherwise low-risk formats, including but not limited to repeatedly playing very low-cost cases, double rounds, coin flips, or group modes, rather than engaging in normal, genuine gameplay. These examples are illustrative only and do not limit the types of conduct that may be deemed Race abuse or non-genuine advantage play.
b. For any account that Skinrave.gg, in its sole discretion, identifies as engaging in non-genuine advantage play or any other form of Race abuse, Skinrave.gg may adjust, discount, or disregard some or all of that account’s play for purposes of Race standings, prize calculations, or Tokens awarded from Races. By way of example only, Skinrave.gg may limit that account so that only ten percent (10%) of its total play is counted toward Races. In addition, such activities may result in immediate disqualification from active or future Races, revocation or restriction of Race privileges, forfeiture or reduction of rewards, adjustment or cancellation of Race results, or account suspension or termination, or any other remedial action Skinrave.gg deems appropriate, all at the sole discretion of the Skinrave.gg team and without prior notice.
Tokens may be forfeited if a participant’s User Account is closed for any reason, including at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Participants with Tokens can use their Tokens to play sweepstakes games on the Platform for a chance to win additional Tokens.
Tokens accumulated through game play can be redeemed for cash and prizes of monetary value in accordance with these Rules. Only games played with Tokens provide the opportunity to win additional Tokens that may be redeemed for cash and prizes subject to these Rules. Tokens that have been won through game play (rather than collected using one of the methods described in Section 6 above) and are accumulated by Participant may be redeemed for a prize, subject to maximum and minimum prize redemption amounts stated in these Official Rules. Tokens possess no real monetary value and may only be used to request a prize redemption to be approved and processed by the Sponsor. Approval is subject to participant completing all verifications to confirm eligibility and adherence to all Official Rules and Terms and Conditions of the Platform.
The use of automated or systematic methods of play to win and/or redeem Tokens for cash and prizes is strictly prohibited. Utilizing methods such as utilizing multiple accounts and identities and other collusive methods are not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of Tokens, in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the game and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
Tokens obtained by any method in Section 6, or through any other means not directly resulting from the outcome of a legitimate game, are not immediately available for redemption of a Prize and must be used at least once in a Tokens game (“Played Through”) before they shall be considered eligible toward a Prize redemption request. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require that any Tokens allocated to a Participant under any method in Section 6 must be used more than one time (not exceeding three (3) times) in any combination of Tokens gameyars before they are eligible to be redeemed. Any attempt to circumvent or abuse the play-through requirement, including creating artificial gameplay activity, non-genuine gameplay, or other manipulative behavior, is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of Tokens, suspension or termination of the account, and other penalties deemed appropriate by the Skinrave.gg team.
Participants may be required to successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) Verification process provided by the Sponsor to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any Prize. This may include, but is not limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and validation of SSN. In addition, KYC verification is required for users who have made purchases using fiat currency when requesting prizes through alternative methods, such as cryptocurrency, in order to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulations.
Potential prize winners must comply with these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return any required affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these Official Rules, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the Prize.
The Prize is subject to availability, and if the Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater retail value. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refund purchases in lieu of processing a prize redemption.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge transaction fees, including but not limited to handling and payment processing fees, for processing the redemption of Prizes, or to reduce the value of Prizes to cover the costs of any transaction fees.
Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize. Each winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor may be required to withhold and remit a portion of Prize value to comply with applicable tax laws. Each winner also agrees to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or any other information Sponsor may require in connection with applicable tax reporting or withholding requirements or other laws or regulations.
We process requests to redeem Prizes in the order in which they are received. Our goal is to process your request as soon as practicable. You acknowledge and agree that in some circumstances it may take up to 30 days to process the payment of any redeemed Prizes to you. Redemption of prizes may experience delays due to our identity verification process. Prizes of $600 or more may require a longer processing time than usual due to security and fraud checks and may also be allocated in more than one equivalent lump sum. We make our best efforts to process requests within the quoted amount of time but do not guarantee processing times for prizes.
There is a minimum prize redemption request of 1.00 Token (“Minimum Redemption”). At our sole discretion, we may determine to only process one prize redemption request per customer account in any 24-hour period.
The maximum redemption of a prize won by a single participant during any Sweepstakes Entry Period is limited to the value of US $5,000 in Florida and New York per Sweepstakes Entry Period (“Maximum Redemption”).
Any requested redemption in excess of the Maximum Redemption will not be paid to the participant during the period, but must be deferred until the next Sweepstakes Entry Period. You acknowledge and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, from time to time, appoint one or more payment administration agents to accept payments from players on our behalf. A payment administration agent will have the same rights, powers and privileges that we have under the Terms and these Official Rules and will be entitled to exercise or enforce their rights, powers and privileges as our agent or in their own name. In no event shall we be liable to any player for any loss, damage or liability resulting from the payment administration agent’s negligence and/or acts beyond the authority given by us. When you make a redemption request for cryptocurrency, you must select “Purchase” displayed in the right of the header at the top of your screen, press “Redeem,” and choose the cryptocurrency to which you wish to redeem. We have no obligation to check or verify whether the cryptocurrency you select or nominate can be transferred to your crypto wallet.
When redeeming cryptocurrency to your crypto wallet, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the crypto wallet to which you are redeeming the funds can receive those funds. When you make a redemption request using alternative methods, you must select “Purchase” displayed in the of the header at the top of your screen, press “Redeem,” and choose the alternative method you wish to use. Misuse of alternative redemption methods, including but not limited to reversing trades, may result in penalties, including deduction of Tokens, revocation of access to alternative redemption methods, or permanent ban from the Platform, at the sole discretion of the Skinrave.gg team. If we mistakenly credit your Customer Account at any time with Tokens that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Sponsor and will be deducted from your Customer Account. If you have been issued a Prize that does not belong to you, the value of the mistakenly issued Prize will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify customer support at [email protected]. Sponsor, at all times, reserves the right to deduct Tokens from your User Account or otherwise charge or adjust your account to correct errors. It is your responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and these Official Rules as updated from time to time.
(a) comply with and be bound by:
i. the Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, any ethical provisions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions;
ii. these Official Rules; and
iii. the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final.
(b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, and exploitation or use of entry.
14.11 Publicity Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, the winner hereby grants Sponsor and its representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display the winner’s name, the contents of any posts, and information about the Prize award, in any way, at any time, in any and all media, including without limitation, for use in advertising and marketing, without any additional approval or consideration. By accepting a Prize, the winner represents and warrants that he or she has the right to grant the foregoing license.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In all other cases, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension, and/or modification will be posted on the Platform.
Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted by Sponsor on the Website. In the event of modifying the sweepstakes, a participant’s continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Any Participant posting or seen to be posting comments on Sponsor’s social media pages or elsewhere during the course of the Sweepstakes that are considered bullying, spiteful, or upsetting to other participants or any other user of the Platform, or directly aimed at Sponsor, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to alert the operators of any social media sites to any such behavior.
14.14 Privacy Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available athttps://skinrave.gg/en/privacy-policy
14.15 Governing Law All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants and the winner, and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Cyprus, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
